| Q | How to do degree in computer engineering (a.k.a Btech Computer Engineering) ? I have completed 12th with 56% only. Then I finished my diploma in EC with 73%. Now, I want to change the field and go for a Computer Engineering. How can I do it ? I do not want to spend money in donation to get admission in some private college. Also, government colleges that select students on counciling basis do not allow it. | |
