Love the care you have shown towards your sisters career growth. If she is really not interested in clearing CS then let her focus on her B.Com and clear all the papers. In the meantime she can join finance oriented ERP certifications which will help her to get a good opportunity in the market once she completes her B.Com. Pl advice her to do her MBA after her B.Com as in today's market master degree is become very essential.
