Dear Mansi,

Of course, both fields you have mentioned (tourism & hospitality / relationship manager) are expecting good growth in future. Since you have experience in retail marketing, you already have acquired soft skills which makes you perfect for both of the above mentioned jobs. What I would feel that either you joined in tourism/hospitality or in banking sector, your skills are portable. That means, you can change fields whenever you want as you are competent for both fields. Well, you may find a post in HR sections of any bank. However, to compete with potential competition in career growth, you may require masters degree.. So if it possible, try to pursue masters in HR along with your job. This is same also for your career in tourism/hospitality.

In short, I would suggest: you are good for both fields. Try to add more constrains to your job search such as place, package, reputation of company, etc.
