Hello Vipul,
It is always good to have a dream to achieve and you have one, congrats!

Particle Physics, to a great extend, is theoretical study and you have to acquire a good hand on theoretical physics during Bachelors and Masters studies. So first of all, try to develop your theoretical skills. You may follow internship programs available in many prestigious institutes in India and abroad during your Masters. It is not necessary to follow IITs but any good university brings the best out of you as long as you have the dream.

Dont forget to visit the website of prominent institutes such as BARC and TIFR for students programs and internships.

For you I would suggest you to go for traditional physics courses.

For doing research :- You may directly join for PhD or Join in above said institutes as scientific officer and then follow a PhD program.
