I am in my final sem of engineering and have right now been recruited by a PSU in my campus placements.The monthly salary i will be getting in hand will be around Rs 30000.But i am considering rejecting it and joining the merchant navy as i have learnt that after a couple of years it is possible to earn more than 1 lakh per month.Will it be a wise decision?If not,what range of salary can be expected if i continue in the PSU after around 4-5 years? |

I am a domicile resident of Jharkhand.Presently I am residing in punjab near chandigarh.My son is a student of 10+2(non-medical stream).He will be passing his +2 in 2010. I have done M.Sc Mathematics and B.Sc(H) Mathematics from University of Delhi and have cleared 4 CT Series Actuarial Science papers from Institute of Actuaries of India and have done Base/SAS and till now I could not get a job in Actuarial field.Could you please suggest me how I can get a job in this field. |
