i have studied 12th standerd and im intrested in nanotechnology or robotics but i was not sure about even the existance of those groups at b-tech level clear my doubts n even advise the best colleage in southindia

I've completed M.sc in physics in 2013 after a long struggle i've got job in oil and gas field but am not satisfied with this.,aiming foe nano-tech research is it a better option to do m.tech in nano tech ., plz guide me
