i want to know about M.Phil in mathematics by distance education

Dear Sir, I am Sylvester from Kolkata. I am basically a call center agent since last 3 yrs. Sir I'm not only fed up of this job but also effecting me physically. Now I am facing stomach & hearing problems, this job makes me feel very insecure regarding job security. I also can't find any chance of promotion, which the call centers promises before joining. I am a B.A. graduate but carrying very poor marks in all my exams and I am already 30 yrs old, I also know basic computer like windows, office and basic programming knowledge of c & c++ and currently I am jobless as I am not getting any job apart from call center executive and as per the doctors which I can't to keep myself physically well. Sir what I exactly want to know which will be the right career for me to chose now. Is there any short term course which I can pursue to get an immediate opening just after the completion of the course. There are few institutes in Kolkata who are giving 100% job guarantee after completion of there course. These institutes are providing training on Web development & Hardware & networking. The web developing providing a 3 months course on following languages: PHP programming fundamentals. Strings functions, Arrays functions, HTML/CSS & forms, File handling in PHP, Email handling in PHP, Object oriented PHP, Session handling,MySQL basics, Extended PHP, OOPS in PHP 5, Exception handling in PHP 5. XML / SOAP, Encryption & security, Web application performance, Template engine, Internationalization, AJAX, ECommerce, Shopping Cart ,Paging, Thumbnails, ODBC, Smarty, Joomla, Wordpress, OScommerce, Gallery, Types of projects, Parts of project, Project Structure, Interview preperation Classes, CV preperation, ECommerce . The hardware institute is providing a 6 months course on following subjects: Hardware Concepts, Operating Concepts, Linux , Windows Server & File Sharing Concepts, Workgroup Domain, etworking /Operating System Engineering. I have confirmed with more than one of my friends who have completed the web developing course in the particular institute and have been placed. Same in case of hardware institute. Sir please let me know which of these courses will be helpfull for me as per my educational background and has a better future prospect as far as its requirement, avarage salary & job security is concern. although I am not yet sure whether any of these courses will really help me or not. I am bit interested towards the web development. But I don't what I am thinking is right or mistaking as ever. Sir I am really frustrated thinking about my future please help out to choose the right track from now onwords. Your precious suggestion will lead me to choose a better career. Anxiously waiting for your response.

But Somethings I haven't Understood Are: Through SSC , I checked the Net and found that SSC Gives CBI Sub-Inspector Rank, Q) How To Join CBI If I Clear SSC?? I mean Will there be an Option to tick like appling exam for CBI/CPO Etc???? Q) I Also Found some forum says that It Is Slow Carrier Joining as Sub-Inspector, Promotions Are Slow(around 4-5 years), IS this True?? WILL BE VERY Thankful If For The Answerers ....
