I am an automobile engineering diploma student. Can I do B.E in aeronautical or marine engineering after my diploma. . . Please help me sir

I am a Class X student and will be giving my board exams in the ICSCE board in Mar 2012 . I am required to choose my subjects for + 2 in 10 days and I am confused . I am a very good student .I am very good in Science and Maths but I like Biology and Maths a lot. I am confused as I may be doing medical later but if I decide on doing medical then I would rather take other subjects , as my other options may be actuarial science , CA , Law, Services or any other option for which I do not require Science and thus do not want to take Science in +2 as I do not like Chem and Physics . I do not want to take these subjects unless it is an absolute requirement for my career . Please help .
