Foundation has completed twenty nine years of its existence in Integrated Rural
Development Programme. During this period of steady growth we have been able to
reach high level of confidence with Govt., Banks and People.
By experience we have learnt that route of development is
through people’s participation and speed of development is attained by
increasing awareness and empowerment of poor people through Economic Upliftment.
In the past nine years, we started spreading our activities
to 15 other states. We have realized that development models are evolved and
multiplied accordingly to the local needs. Hence we have to change constantly
and increase our flexibility.

Our dedicated staff who are with us for more than 20 years
and are connected with Entrepreneurship Development Programmes have been
publicly recognized through various Award and Certificates from the institutes,
we have conducted the EDP Programme. Most important and critical factor of the
speed of development is our staff who has been trained at all levels and
decentralization in institutional structure. We are in the process of
establishing our training centre for total development in each districts in
India.
