There is a huge rush in the industry of mobile and website based application development with hundreds of tech outsourcing companies operating only in Delhi NCR. But what sets this start-up apart from its competitors is its business insights, technical consultancy, and timely delivery, further carrying a unique blend of creativity and professionalism. The start-up is backed by best coding standards and reusable & modular codes.
Co-founded by Mr. Ashish Jindal and Mr. Puneet Gupta in 2015, CodeYeti has seen a massive growth not only in the number of projects completed successfully but also in the innovations within the projects. Ashish and Puneet, are childhood friends from Bathinda, Punjab. Ashish is an IIT-D 2012 alumnus and Puneet graduated from Punjab Engineering College in 2011. After graduating, the duo went on to work with top companies like Amazon, BNP Paribas and Nomura. When the two friends decided to start-up, they considered sectors like logistics and travel and finalizing on Loqation, a neighbourhood based app. While working in the early stage both, Ashish and Puneet, felt the absence of a Tech outsourcing company which understands business standards and requirements of early stage start-ups in a better way. And then eventually launched CodeYeti, they sailed off to a journey to revolutionize the services sector for good. With data breaches becoming a common issue these days, CodeYeti acknowledges every aspect of security as a part of their development process. They use Amazon web services to host their server side APIs and ensure encryption by https/ssl and pro-guard to protect the source code of the application.
One of their clients, PocketIn had approached with them with a mobile application development requirement. CodeYeti took up the challenge and delivered the product in just 15 days. PocketIn has grown exponentially and has raised its seed round of $ 150,000 from Hong Kong based Swastika Company and aims to consolidate the eating-out space. Another client, Sagar Yarnalkar, a BITS alumnus, took help from CodeYeti for his hyper-local delivery startup, DailyNinja. Just weeks after the complete development, DailyNinja raised funding from a group of investors, including Aprameya Radhakrishna, founder of TaxiForSure and Venk Krishnan of NuVentures.
The founders of CodeYeti measure their growth in terms of team’s skills and ensures that every employ to get empowered. CodeYeti is planning to increase its team size so as to meet the growing number of projects CodeYeti continues to grow and as a natural step of growth, they have recently moved to a brand-new office. “We think as a start-up, if you can get those two things right--having a clear direction on what you are trying to do and bringing in great people who can execute on the stuff--then you can do pretty well, and seeing my team, I can say that we are going to get both the things.” said Puneet.
