1 | Ingredients: Maida 4 cups Yeast 1 sachet Luke Warm Water 1/2 cup Sugar 3/4 cup Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Cooking Oil 1/2 cup Eggs 2 2 tsp Cardamom Seeds Method: 1. Dissolve yeast in the ½ lukewarm water in a glass bowl. 2. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar in this bowl and leave aside . 3. Take a glass mixing bowl/ and add the flour 4. Add the cardamom seeds. 5. Add the Oil, sugar and eggs 6. Add 1 cup of warm water 7. Add the dissolved yeast 8. Knead this mixture thoroughly 9. Smear the dough with some oil and leave aside in a warm place. 10. The dough will rise in about 2 hours. 11. Spread the dough in and cut 1 inch long , 1/2 inch wide and 1/2 inch thick pieces. 12. Take a greased oven tray and st the pieces in the tray. 13. Heat a oven to 200 Degree and until dry and light brown. |
