Dear Reena, Dark spots on face and nose could be age spots or blackheads. Black heads can be cleared by a facials. Age spots cannot be easily cleared. There are treatment that are offered by Dermatologist.Please consult them. Weakness could be due to just aging process, healthy nutritional diet rich in vitamins and regular activity should help.
