I was affected by Dengue Fever . On the 4th day when bloodtest carried the platelets count found 1.9 Lakhs and antibiotics were used. Next day the platelet count increased to 3 Lakh. And again when checked 4 days after checking 2nd time the platelets count was 1.8 Lakhs. Can plateletscount can vary like this ?

1	Platelets counts cany vary on a daily basis. It can be reduced becoz of decreased production and or increased distruction.So count may depend on the disease process occuring in the body.
