no basically there is no such scheme fo rgetting education loan for abroad specially for diploma courses ,,,,,loan is available only for degree corses from bank ,,,and for getting loan from bank,it is not necessary that u must have balance in lakhs in ur bank but from the last three years there must be bank transaction in lakhs and if u want to take loan upto 7lakh then there is no need of any security like mortgage of property but if u want to take more than this then there is need of security like papres of ur home or any other basically property which is in the city,,,,,,,,,,,but alll this for degree course only not for diploma,,,,,,no bank give loan on diploma courses,,,,,
