Q dear, sir/mem when i was in my home i was taking good food and so my fitness and my health was good but from when I came in delhi I am not feeling well in my self and my weight is also decrease.plz suggest me,

At some point in our lives you may have to take the responsibility of our own health and eating habits. There is no reason why you should eating poorly just because you are not home. You should take the multivitamin suppliment daily and eat plenty of fruits and vegitables.Milk and eggs are good sources of proteins and calcium.
