Q I am 39 yr old my height is 5.3inc, weight is 90Kg . Pl advice me how to reduce the same,and diet plan mentioning which can be replaced with carbohydrates.eg Chappati can be replace with soya chappati , etc

Hi,before lunch eat fruit and immidiatly have lunch and drink water as much as possible, avoid oily foods, sweets, banana and dont skip your regular food. thankyou
