I would suggest you to try a higher degree in India or abroad. Do you have published your research somewhere?

Since your field is a hot one, you should try contacting cancer research institutes/hospitals. Tata has good facilities in Mumbai area, for example. The ICSCCB in Pune and Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology in Trivandrum are famous institutes contributing to biotech and cancer research. I believe you are already in touch with these institutes.

Most of the medical/health and allied science departments in the universities around the world will have research facilities on your subject. You may contact applied chemistry department as well. Stanford Medicine Department and BioADD division of Stanford University are good targets. You may find very helpful and guiding faculty members in such departments.
