WILP courses are designed in way to improve the quality and performance of employees of major IT and technology companies. Wipro, TCS and other IT companies used to support WILP programs by providing 50% tuition fees and infrastructure.

As per BITS, WILP courses are considered to be equal in value like other regular M.Tech courses. It will surely add value to career and your professional work. I am not sure why you plan for NET? Are you planning for a teaching career?, you should be able to write NET as you are a graduate after your M.Tech.
