| Q | Madam, I am not only confused however everything has been messed up in my career I am working in an MNC as Process Lead, now the thing is that I was recruited as an BPO associate who is having commerce background and among all other associates on bench only I got selected in an IT project in which I am finding myself stuck, our project is totally based on networking but not the full networking part (conducting Online assessments) now here is the problem I am getting, I am actually looking for a change there is something more than these switches. I have planned to go for CCNA/CCNP program. Also if I ll take release from my project again will be thrown in BPS sector and my 2.5 years of experience in this field will get wasted. I have no one who will guide me, can you please advice me what shall I do. Will I go for CCNA program or I shall grow in BPS domain ? If I will go for these above mentioned program I have to study however in our project there in only one day holiday that is Tuesday because on weekends we are busy in conducting exams. | 1 | Hi Abrol, I understand you are on a very confused state but please don't take any hasty decisions. It is always better to think several times before you take up a decision. Lot of people come up with lot of suggestions but finally it is you who knows the importance of the current job. Getting into networking specialisation is a very interesting and it is a very growing market. If you can really spare your current job and manage your financial setup then you can very well go in for CCNA/CCNP program and you can build up a very good career in the future. Thanks |
