Q Sir, I have completed my b.tech in instrumentation and control with 59%. I am working in insurance field for past 16 months. Now I want a change in my career. I am very much interested in mathematics. I am writing competitive exams like that of banks.
I am thinking of doing my mba also. Can you please suggest me some career options?

Dear Sreejith

The best option for you is to continue your focus on competitive exams for PO in banking. At the same time, try CAT for MBA. Try to get admission in reputed institutes like IIMs, BITS, IITs..etc. This will make your job security much much better than those have obtained MBA from local institutes. The sad thing is that there are a lot of MBA graduates to compete with you. If you secure MBA from prestigious institutes nothing to worry. Since you have experience in Insurance field, try to obtain MBA in marketing.

If you think, you are the guy who can not work for better future.. Ok.. try some MBA from local institutes, find job in sales or else, and feel the same pressure and struggle that you have suffered during past 16 month.

Otherwise, take a sweet revenge Sreejith. Work hard and show 'em.

Best wishes.
