I assume that you have done your B.Tech in petrochemical engineering. The best option is to write GATE exam and join for a M.Tech course in petrochemical engineering or related fields in IITs (for instance, check out the ocean engineering department in IIT Madras). Many institutes/colleges also have M.Tech courses in petroleum engineering/technology. But there are only few institutes which offer M.Sc courses in the same area. ITM University, Gwalior has a M.Sc. program on petroleum technology. Since, I am not an expert in petrochemical engineering, You might want to contact someone who is an expert in this area.
