Since you are an Engineering graduate plus MBA, I would suggest you to try for job in IT or Semiconductor Industry. For example, there are few special positions in IT and Semiconductor Industry for people with such background. Program management, Technology Management, Technology Transfer are some areas in which you could possibly do well with your background.

Regarding  competition exams, ssc, sbi po, bank exams, is good to try. Recently I was told about few developments in major Banks in India regarding Big data crunching, encryption, data management etc. Many of them have big data centers and the requirements increasing as time progress. You may need to focus on certain areas based on your interest. Try to takes few additional courses on such subjects to brighten your knowledge and also enable you to make decisions.
