Hello i am 17 year old boy i am having this testicle vein swelling problem since last october 2012 and when i browsed about it on internet it came out to be variococele i had no pain but from last 3 days i am having a severe pain in my left testicle groin area and lower left back and when lay down the pain goes away and one more thing when i touch my left testicle epidymis it pains so my question here is that am i having two diseases at a same time in my left testicle that is varicocele and testicular cancer is that possible please some one help me?
