There are certain things you can do to help improve psoriasis at home. 1. Long soaks in tepid warm water. 2. Use Mosturisers after the soak 3. Use very mild soaps such as dove or Nivea Cream Bar. 4. Choose Skin Products Carefully.Avoid products such as hair dyes straighteners etc. 5. Humidify the air inside the house. 6. Let your dermatologist know all the medications you are taking. 7. Avoid Skin injuries and overweight.
