hai, last 41 days I am waking up by 4.30 AM for my prayer, suddenly when I wake up today I had severe nervousness and sweating, head rotating and strenghless. After 2 hours I checked my BP as 70/110 before food. Why it happened to me as first time. Last 1 week I feel restless. Kindly let me know whether it is problem , how to manage this

1	Sweating and dizziness can be caused by many problems such as heart problems, hypoglycemia,virtigo,dehydration etc etc... If this repeats please consult an internist for a complete check up.
