Q I'm sedentary male with 82 kg ,5'7" height and 31 years. I am drink (180ML Daily) 5 days in week and I am non-vegetarian. Please advise me how to lose my weight and give me diet plan so that I can improve myself. I hope I will reduce my weight as per your advise. Thank you in advance
