If you have done your Diploma in Computers after XII PCM, you can go on the basis of your XII PCM. Some colleges abroad may accept you on the basis of Computer Diploma as well but not Indian colleges. Alternatively, you may join GP Rating on the basis of Class X and then give 2nd Mate exams after 36 months of sea service to become a Deck Officer.
