250 grams- rice grains, 250 gms- wheat grains. Take these two in equal quantities and make them fry into golden colour grains. (to avoid rawness we have to fry). Allow them to cool and make it into fine powder. Keep it in a container. When baby wants food at that time take a spoon of powder and mix it with water(1 cup), add a little salt or sugar to taste. Boil it on low flame by stirring continuosly, until it becomes a little bit sticky or solidly. Make it cool and keep it to ur baby. They will eat interestly and because of home based food, it will be healthy and increases weight. |
