| 2 | Hi Vinay, You have not mentioned your age,your lifestyle,your other habbits.But Do head bath for 3 times a week,make sure that dont use combs,towels before washing for every 2 days.Use hand Kerchief to cover your hair while you are in out .My suggesstion is to use Olive oil(luke warm and gently massage) before got to bed. |

| 3 | normally daily 30-40 drops everyday.if it is more than 90-100 definitely u have to take precaution |
