Q I am 33years old i am 65kg weight,i am eating daily 1 boiled egg, 1 cup sprouts or 1cup oats with milk,i glass of ragi java and for lunch rice with currys,night chapathi or rice 2 times i drink milk and in between i take small quantity of snacks or fruits i want to know am i eating more then i have to or is it ok please let me know and can u advise me how to plan my diet

Dont eat Oats Daily. The rich fiber in the oats will reduce the capabilities of Digestive system in the long run. Eat oats 2-3 times in a week and have ragi java and sprouts along with corn flakes, etc. Eat many small servings instead of 2 large meals.
