Q Tips to prepare paneer tikka.

Paneer Tikka Recipe :

Ingredients :

1.50 or 100 grams of paneer (you can cut in cube or rectangle shape)
2.Ginger paste 
3. Green chilly paste (as per your requirement 3 to 5) 
4.Jeerapowder -1 tbsp 
5.Garlic paste - 1/2 or 1 tsp.
6. 1/2 tsp of chilli powder. 
7.1 capsicum (cut slice ), 
8. 3 tsp of oil or ghee. 
9. 1 -tsp of lemon juice.

How to prepare:


1. Take a bowl.
2. Add garlic,jeera powder,greenchilly paste,ginger,
chilli powder.3. Put in the mixie and make a fine paste.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Take paneer pieces and wipe this paste in all sides and leave this panner for hour so the paste will dry little.
6.grill them for about 8 to 10 minutes untilit became dry and crisp or you can fry this in a pan
with oil or ghee. (With solve flames for deep fry )
7. Take a fry pan heat put 2 or 3 tsp of oil or ghee in it. 
8. Put Onion and capsicum pieces and fry them after add the granded
mixture to it and mix them well.
9. Then take a place or bowl put all cooked panner pieces and add the mixture of onion and capsicum.
10. Then sprinkle some chat masala
for extra taste and little lime 
juice on top.
You can also put some coriander leaves cut in to very small pieces
On the top with tomato slice for decoration.
