Package Inclusions for INDIAN NATIONALS

• Accommodation on Twin basis with Breakfast and Either Lunch or Dinner
• All transfer and drives by Non A/c Vehicles as per the itinerary, Except Otherwise if A/C Supplementary cost is paid. Vehicle Toll, Parking and driver allowance etc.
• For 2 Pax Ambassador or Indica, 04 and 06 Pax Quails, 08 & 10 – 14 Pax Tempo Traveller,  15 – 19 Pax, Mini Coach.
• Accommodation at the hotels mentioned or similar.
• All Applicable hotel taxes.

CP – Continental Plan [Room + Breakfast] 
MAP – Modified American Plan [Room + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner] 
AP – American Plan [Room + All Meals] 
AI – All Inclusive or Hotel Tax included 

 Package Exclusions :

• Personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, minibar, room services etc.
• Government Service Tax.
• Tips to Driver.
• Air / Train Fare
• anything other than mentioned specifically mentioned in the inclusions above.

 Special Notes: 
All prices mentioned are PER PERSON and attract Government Service Tax and also attract any changes if applicable thereafter. 
Services not utilized will not be refunded. 

The above prices will be VALID for the dates mentioned above and applicable for Indian Nationals only. 

• The prices may vary if the choice of hotels offered are not available at the time of booking or if there is an unprecedented changes in hotel prices or government taxes. 
• All efforts will be made to secure the hotels as listed in the Hotel sections, however at the times alternate / similar hotels may need be provided due to overbooking on condition which are not under our controls. 
• The classification of Hotels (Budget / Standard/Deluxe/Luxury) are our package classification. It does not relate to hotel classification or standards. 
• All hotels in India normally observe noon (12.00 Hrs), except House Boats in Kerala, where Check in is at 12.00 Hrs and Check out at 10.00 Hrs. If your arrival or departure is before or afternoon, Tourmark Indus is not responsible for additional charges levied by the hotel and such charges are to be settled by you directly with the hotel. 
• Tourmark Indus holds the sole discretion to revise the price, without further notice.  

Confirmation / Payment Terms & Conditions 

Once we confirm the reservation on all segments with the Price for the said service, Rs 10,000 as advance payment is necessary with your acceptance. It is absolutely necessary to have advance paid up reservations to be made in all areas to avoid complications. The balance payment can be made 7 days prior to your travel or start of tour. 

Hotel/ Service Vouchers: All original service vouchers will be exchanged to you at the Airport/Railway station by our representative, upon arrival.
For making your payment faster, contact your bankers and request them to transfer the money to the following account

Cancellation Policy
100% Refund of avdvance paid if booking cancelled before 30 days
50% Refund of avdvance paid if booking cancelled before 7 days.
100% Cancellation charges applicable for No show and booking cancelled before 24 Hrs.
Minimum of 10% reservation charges applicable even though booking cancelled earlier during season and peak season
