Mysore Bonda

Ingredients :

Urud dal
Green chilles
Whole black peppers
Rice flour
Asafoetida
Coconut pieces
Curry leaves
Cilantro
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation : 

Soak the urad dal in water for 2 hrs ,and grind it .Now add the green chilles, whole black pepper, coconut pieces, curry leaves, rice flour, asafoetida, cilantro, and salt in the urud dal paste and mix it well. Now heat the oil and drop the balls, fry until it turns to golden brown. Serve hot with coconut chutney
