Cynthia Olavarria, Second finalist at the Miss Universe 2005 pageant was born in Santurce, one of the oldest cities in San Juan. The only non-Latino among the five finalists lives with her parents and younger Brother. A contract in Elite Model New York paved her way to Miss Puerto Rico 2005 contest and from there to Miss Universe. She hopes to find a job as an International News reporter and do Master's in International Relations.
