Situated at a distance of 206 km from Raipur, on the banks of the river Mahanadi, this place is associated with the legend of Ramayana. It includes the Shiv Temple, Laxminarayan Temple and Shabari Ashram. The Sheorinarayan temple has been done in the Vaishnav shaili (style) and is believed to have been built by the kings of Hayhay Vansh. A grand fair is held here during Magh Purnima.
