Q Dear Sir, I'm currently in 12th and completing it on 2016. I'm very much interested in Computers but highly in Hacking but I'm confused about choosing between B.tech(IT) and B.tech(CSE). I had also talked with an ethical hacker namely Sangeet chopra who suggest me going for CSE. But I had talked to ISOEH ( Indian school of ethical hacking ) kolkata. I came to know that u should pursue B.tech in IT field . I just want to know the concepts which I will face in B.tech(IT) and in B.tech(CSE) what is the main differences between it . Ande I also want to know is it necessary to crack IIT's or NIT's can't it be from a private college?

Hello Arnab,

It's great to hear that you are interested in Computers. But from your question, it seems you are taking a very broad term like "Hacking" in a very narrow sense. But anyway, in Indian institutes and university courses, I don't think there is much difference in course structures of B.Tech(IT) and B.Tech.(CSE). At least the parts that you need to know to continue with your so called "hacking" courses, will be covered in both these courses. So you can choose any one of them. What would be really necessary is for you to have an interest in learning things by yourself.
