i am in SYJC commerce, i want to study behavioral science - criminology after my 12th. Being a commerce student do i need to have a BA-psychology degree first? i need some guidance for my next steps.

Respected ,sir I am just in a dilemma that what should I do after finishing my final year in polytechnic diploma in civil engineering , if I opt for B.tech in civil engineering I want to do it from Bangalore (Karnataka) will I get admission there , as I am completing diploma from ( board of technical education Lucknow U.P ) can I get admission in other state like Karnataka in such condition.
