I have fixed deposites of approx Rs.800000 in diffrent banks post offices and co operative societies under my mom s name who is a pansioner.till now her annual income is 60000.if she make a pan card for herself and put all her fds into a post office mis acc.do we have to pay any tax regardin that.can we open a joint acc for mis |

Sir, there is new rule to department of post from approxly 11/05/2010 to open any scheme of post department want 3 pc photo and identy proff and address proff.
So i want to know that if i invest KVP throgh my saving a/c of post same post office .so the post office requred or not 3 pcs photo and i proof and address proof of me.

sir i lived at jorhat (assam) i have many business in post office NAC.but sir i have not received post office agency NAC in my wife name, any formalities demand in dOVELPMENT OFFICER JORHAT.I always give my wife name S/CERTIFICATE,ADRESS PROOF,PAN CARD,CHARCTOR CETIFICATE etc.
