I dont't know whether anyone who has completed any course from distance university can get selection in ONGC . You wrote that you had completed your m.tech from distance university. But you didn't wrote that -from where did you take your b.tech. So if you had completed your B.Tec course from any recognised university,there is no problem to get admission for ONGC. Because the eligibility for getting admission for ONGC is 60% or above marks in graduation-MBA, ICWA, BE, BTECH, or MBBS according to the job. Selection process of candidate depends upon the performance in written exam, physical test and interview. |

Dont ever go for chemical engg,it is one of the worst branch of engg.
1)you will not get a job easily in chemical field,i.e production,project,process.
2)If get the job because of your luck then you will be getting salary in the range of 8k-10k..
I had done diploma(Mumbai) and B.E(Pune University) in chemical engg. It is one of my major mistakes of my life also.. |

According to me , chemical engg. is one of the best field. Bcoz , I'm studying chemical engg. It is so much familiar with our day 2 day life.This was one of my vision.thanks. |
