hi..m a 20year old girl..till one year back i had d best hair..smooth,shiny,silky..dense..n ofcourse straight..never used to fall..1 yr bak severe hair fall started n my hair texture totally changed...m taking proper diet n massage my scalp regularly..but hair fall continues to get worse...m a mbbs student n so dres no perfect timetable for sleep n all..so plz plz suggest something for my problem...m vry tense... |

Hello, i'm a 25 years old unmarried girl. I'm having hair fall in a faster rate. i use shikakai, amla, methi, reetha etc to wash my hair. seldom i use egg and curd also. i've used one ayurvedic oil and tablets to prevent hair fall. but it gave no result. i'm using SESA oil on hair. now my hair is very thin. give me sugestions to prevent hair fall and to make hair thicker and longer also. coz i'm always having a dream of having a healthy and long hair. please please give me sugestion wht shoild i do? |
