Do bleeding hearts need to be cut back once they've flowered when the greens start wilting? My plant was planted in the sun, can it be moved mid season to the shade? |

Last year (2008) I planted a Bleeding Heart in the front of my house in good organic soil. I followed the directions on water and the plant gets morning sun and mid-afternoon shade until night. This year the blooms are smaller and lack the bright pink of a healthy looking flower. They are darker and look underdeveloped and just plain sad. Help... |
