Indian educational system should be changed, for the child to feel interested in education. The syllabus should be reduced. Teachers with a zeal to teach the students should be appointed . The management should not ask for the
certification of the teacher, if the teacher is capable to teach, she should be trained after the
recruitment. I regret to say Govt. is appointing teachers only on the basis of certificate and reservation which is not serving the purpose. The students are facing
problems with languages like English when it comes to presentations. When it comes to private schools, the syllabus is heavy, it is of no use to learn grammar and its rules at the age of 4 or 5 , only use of simple words and sentences is must. I would humbly request the parents, the teachers, the management and the government to take a positive step towards our educational system ,as the students are not interested in further education even before completion their 2nd year in professional. I'm not simply writing this article, but I talked to many students of different levels who are not at all interested in further continuing their studies. |
