Day 01 : Cochin - Munnar 

Our representative would be present on your arrival at Cochin airport/ Railway Station. From Cochin , you would be transferred to Munnar, a scenic hill station of Kerala. Peep through your car window and glimpse into the world of fascination that surrounds Kerala. On way to Munnar, you would find number of coconut trees lined along the road. Try out coconut water sold on small time roadside shops. The price would vary from Rs 10- Rs 15.
Arrive at Munnar and check in hotel. At the hotel entrance, you would get a traditional welcome with tilak put on your forehead and garlands. This evening enjoy your introduction to Kerala Culture with special dinner and cultural performance. You would be delighted by the tasty Kerala cuisine and get enchanted by the graceful dancers in their glittering costumes. 

Day 02 : Munnar - Thekkady 

Situated at a distance of 70 km from Idukki, Munnar is a summer resort of Kerala and is one of the best places to spend your time. You consider yourself lucky that you have been given an opportunity to resort in paradise. 

Don't forget to visit Ananmudi, the highest peak in South India. This is one place where you try out the various adventurous activities. Feel the splash of water at Attukad water falls. Post Lunch, we would visit Eravikulam Wildlife Sanctuary.

Established to protect Nilgri Tahr, Eravikulam was notified a national park in 1978. Now the park has the largest known population of Tahr's existing in the world. The park also shelters Atlas Moth, Elephants, Sambhar's, Gaurs, Lion-tailed Macaque, Nilgiri, Langur, Tigers and Leopards.

Late evening we would start our trip to Thekkady, Situated 125 kms, it is a 3 hr drive from Munnar to Thekkady. Arrive in Thekaddy and get in hotel. Try out the delicious South Indian food in your dinner. Unlike your South Indian food have more of rice products and traditionally they use coconut oil to cook food. 

 Day 03 : Thekkady

Just after breakfast we would move to Periyar National Park. It is considered to be the best down south. If you want to hear the coes of the birds and see elephants catwalk the Jungle road, then a visit to this place is must. Settled in a natural paradise, Periyar national park gives you an ecstatic feeling. Try out boating in Periyar lake and photo shoot the birds. This would be adventurous and fun filled experience for you

Post lunch we would walk past some of the spice gardens and spice market. In hale the smell of these spices which soothingly pervades the natural surroundings. These spice garden would give you perfect way to trek the grounds of Kerala. 

After spending some time here, we would return to our resort. Good South Indian food awaits you. Try out family dosa on your dinner platter. Family dosa is roll filled with mix vegetables and is generally a table long. It is generally served with Sambhar and Coconut chutney (sauce).

Day 04 : Thekkady - Kumarakom 

Today we would move to Kumarakom. In between we would halt at Alleppey to explore its backwaters. Alleppey is located 128 kms and it is a 4 hr drive from Kumarakom. Backwaters in Kumarakom are the perfect way to enjoy the scenic sites of the villages. Villages are the best way to understand the culture of Kerala. Smell the fragrance of cooked rice, watch children playing with water or shoot the forest that surround them while sailing. Post lunch we would be involved in tapping the Kumarakom heritage which exists in the form of monuments and forts.

Since this is the second last day of your tour, we have arranged a special Kathakali dance for you at your resort. Kathakali is a classical dance and drama of Kerala and dates back to 17 th century. In the evening, we would drive to Cochin which is approximately 60 kms away from Kumarakom. 

 Day 05 : Cochin 

After breakfast, we would plan our sightseeing tour to Cochin and according to your wish we would make the list of monuments that you want to unveil. Since this would be the last day of your tour with us, we want to give you the best so that you remember this trip and us forever. We would provide you number of brochures on India and Kerala so that the next time you plan your trip, you know what you are exploring. 

Cochin has a distinct European ambiance which come from its yore days. The attractions are quite symbolic to culture and dynamically reflects the past. St. Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets and Santa Cruz Basilica are few Cochin attractions.

Later our representative would take you to the nearest airport from where you could catch your flight to onward destination.
