Ingredients:
   
Tuvar dal
- 4 tbsp
Channa dal
- 4 tbsp
White udad dal
- 4tbsp
Maggi coconut milk powder
- 2 tbsp
White roasted teel (sesame seeds)
- 2 tbsp
Whole red chillies
- 6
Hing powder
- a pinch
Salt
- to taste
Powdered jaggery/sugar
- 2 tsp (optional)
Curry leaves - opional

Method:

Dry roast all the 3 dals separately. Grind together coarsely in the blender.

Then roast the red chillies plus hing and salt, sesame seeds, cleaned curry leaves and coconut milk powder also separately and grind finely in the blender and mix with the ground dals and jaggery/sugar.

Once again blend all in the mixer to mix well.

Cool and store in an airtight bottle.
