Take nine Popsicle sticks and arrange it in the shape of an arrow as shown here.
This will be the base for the birthday cake card. Take a Popsicle stick and apply glue on it and stick in a cross like pattern over the formerly laid nine Popsicle sticks. Glue another popsicle stick parallel to the formerly glued popsicle sticks, and cover either sides of the frame.
Paint the card using Magenta and green acrylic paint.
Insert the birthday message into the cake card and your Popsicle birthday card is almost ready.
Stick your child's favorite stickers on the card, to make it look more attractive.
Insert the cake card on the cake and I bet your child will love both the cake and the message on top.
