Spectacular show Jumping demonstration by NCC Cadets

A spectacular show of proficiency on horseback was displayed by the cadets of the 1 (Kerala) remount and veterinary Squadron of the NCC at the Naval base kochi on 30 Sep 2015 which included show jumping as well as tent pegging. The demonstration was part of the closing ceremony of the five day long horseback expedition undertaken by 20 cadets of the NCC on eight horses from Trichur to Ernakulam from 26 - 30 Sep 2015.
The expedition covered a distance of 92 kms from Mannuthy and passed via Cherpu, Kazhimbram, Eriyad, Nayarambalam before arriving at Kochi covering 15-20 kms everyday. The team performed show jumping and other aerobatics for the local population at each place of halt.
