Every early Morning do breathing exercise,with empty stomach drink plenty of warm water, before food or in the morning time take any fruits as breakfast.avoid to eat fruit after food, junk food, fast food. |

First break of a day should start with natural grain.should not be cooked over the heat.like take fruit or anyother grain. |
