Savoury Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

Eggs

- 4

Turmeric powder

- 1/4 tsp

Salt

- to taste

Oil

- 1 tbsp
Chop:    
Onion
- 1 big
Cloves garlic
- 2 medium sizes
Green chilly deseeded
- 1
Tomato
- 1 big
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Method:

Pour oil in a pan. Add onion and brown lightly. Add garlic and sauté for half a minute. Add remaining ingredients except eggs and cook over medium heat for one minute or till the mixture leaves oil from pan. Remove from heat.

Beat eggs and add to pan. Return to low heat and scramble till just done. Do not overcook eggs.

Note: It should be served immediately with chapatis or bread to get exact taste.
