Delicious Microwave dishes in a jiffy...

Stuffed Capsicum is always yummy, be it Veg or Non Veg. Here's a veg option with boiled potatoes. Non vegetarians could try stuffing capsicums with minced meat.

Ingredients :

   

Capsicum large

- 4

Boiled potatoes

- 250 gm

Garam masala powder

- 1 tsp

Red chilly powder

- 1/2 tsp

Broken cashew nuts

- 20 gm

Sultana (Kishmish)

- 10 gm

Oil

- 10 ml
Salt - 1 tsp

Method :

Cut capsicum from the top and remove all the seeds. Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Mix spices and dry fruits into the mashed potatoes. Stuff the mixture into the capsicum.

Oil the capsicum on the outside, grease the cutting edge cook 'N' Serve and place the capsicum in it. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
