Chocolate Orange Frost Cake

Ingredients:    
Butter  - 250 gm
Powdered sugar - 2 1/2 cups
Egg - 6 nos
Refined flour - 3 1/2 cups
Baking powder - 3 tsp
Soda powder  - 1/2 tsp
Orange juice - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Grated orange skin - 2 tbs

Method :

Sift refined flour, baking powder and soda powder together. Mix butter and powdered sugar. Add beaten egg in it and make it smooth.  Add all the other ingredients to it and mix well until it becomes smooth.

Apply oil in a pan and pour the cake mixture in it. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Done the frosting after the cake cools.

Ingredients for Frosting :

Butter

- 125 gm

Grated orange skin

- 1 tbs

Icing Sugar

- 3 cup

Milk

- 4 tbs
Coco powder - 2 tbs

Sieve the coco powder. Beat butter and grated orange skin with a egg beater. When it become fluffy, add icing sugar and milk and beat again. Divide it into 2 portions.

To one portion add coco powder. Take one spoon of this mixture and apply it as a thin layer over the prepared cake. Take a spoon from the other mixture and apply it over the cake. Apply them alternately.
